Eye: No. It is a homonym. . . or something. Here it means 1) of or pertaining to a mechanism that represents data by measurement to a continuous physical variable, as voltage or pressure; like a clock with gears. And 2) something having analogy to something else. Eye: There are a bunch of 'em here. First, the word analogy itself represents a pole [Creation]. Second, it is an analogy which starts with an assumption that the eldery are more likely to have more interaction with gears, and end with the assumption that they have been around longer than most people, and already understand the as-yet- unspoken third analogy. Third, the analogy represents time in x different ways. A) "Times are changing" and time keeping is switching from analog to digital. i) The old people in part 2 are going to die within, about, the same time-frame that analog is changing to digital. B) It represents the other half of the analogy, not yet written on the Time page. Fourth, and last, is represents an analogy to the homonyms in the English language being analogus to the way I am using the word analogue within that language. Eye: And you wonder why I think I can see time . . . [Visionary].
